The piece is made up of an under part that is textured metallic material. The top is laminated with the collage material within (bad explanation, sorry.) it's held together with little screw/brad closures.
Very nice, whimsical, too.
Notice the postage stamp on the piece itself and then on the envelope. I like the skeleton riding the bicycle stamp, too.
